A long time ago when i was 9 and she was 7, we were in bed together and she wanted to "experiment" we had touched each others private places;) and that was it. lol is it normal guys

Yeah i'd say it's normal. Up until I was 7-8 years old and my female cousin was 11-12 years old we "experimented" lol, and it was about the most fun i've ever had :P So yeah, i'd say sexual experimentation is common amongst cousins.
