Well after not attending school for months, I went to my GP who referred me to a mental health unit who assigned me a mentor for my social anxiety and he talked about ASD but I'm unsure on it all so if anyone's got any knowledge on it feel free to share :)

It stands for 'anti-social personality disorder.' That's all I know but you could look it up, we are always here to help.

This seems inaccurate. Nathan Numberless appears to be on about ASPD and the OP appears to be on about ASD
ASD however is part of the autsism spectrum, the acronym stands for: "Autism Spectrum Disorder" and I believe it has an effect on the ability to socially interact
While there are posters who will be able to help further. I thought it important to get this cleared up and accurate so the OP can get further advice if needed.
Hope I've helped.

Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Autism spectrum disorders affect three different areas of a person life:
Social interaction
Communication
Behaviors and interests
So can't you just say aspergurs syndrome.
(ASD) is not Asperger’s disorder
Asperger’s disorder is one of ASD types ,(ASD) got 3 different types:
1- Autistic disorder
2-Pervasive Developmental Disorder
3- Asperger’s disorder

Again, ASD is likely referring to Autism Spectrum Disorder, which is a broad category encompassing three different disorders: Autism as we typically know it, Asperger's Syndrome (Which I have), and Pervasive Developmental Disorder. These disorders bring about social challenges--making the mind socially impaired--communication difficulties, as well as in many cases a late development in communicative skills, repetitive behaviors, and typically have one or more than one other mental or physical disability or disorder accompanying the ASD.
