i was doing really well now im in relapse because of one simple sentence "you have got the family build: short and stocky" :/

Hey, I know how you feel. But please don't think of it as a relapse. Yes, you purged again, but it happens. It's part of recovering. Maybe you do have the "family build" but in all honesty stocky girls can be beautiful too and your build doesn't define you as "fat" or "skinny."

My thoughts are with you. No matter what other people say, you are beautiful, inside and out. I know that even innocent comments and hurt, maybe even hurt the most. But you do need to stay strong, hold on to the fact that you managed to stop, even for a while. God bless.

i didnt just purge agian i stoped eating. ive been taking in under 500 cal. a day....
