I'm probably gonna regret posting this but..

Basically I've been self harm free for almost 3 months and 75% of the time I think i'm happier but I guess I kinda regret it all. I feel like everyone around me just looks at me and sees the self harm, the depression and the suicide stuff. I feel like I'll never be able to leave it all behind and its really starting to bother me. I just want to be normal, just idk free of this.

Erm I don't know any advice?

Well the best advice I could give you is to find a hobby or someone you like to talk to. It kinda works for me, as i've been battling an alcohol addiction for almost a year, I just try to find things I like to do or just talk to people like counselors/therapists and it seems to help take my mind off of booze. So I don't know if seeing a counselor or therapist would be your thing, but I would recommend giving it a shot, it has really helped me.

Also when I look at you I don't see a self harmer, I see a beautiful woman and someone who was an excellent moderator.

I think you have to tell the people who know that the person you were isn't the person you are and are going to be. I also see you as one of the most beautiful people and a great former moderator. Good luck:D
