I wonder this because there are many African Americans in football, and most of the ones are know are freakin huge! Like in muscle.

To be honest I don't think so.

At the end of the day they are like any other human-being, they have to train very hard to get where they are in life.

I mean there might be some possible generic factor but at the end of the day I personally think they are just like anyone and have to work hard to gain the muscle that they have.

well yeah, but i meant like. for an african american training 1 month giving it all he might gain like 1.4 lb of mucsle while a english/german/european person does the same and only gains like 1 lb.

Most, not all, African Americans are Mesomorphic, less body fat and more muscle mass.

It's an ethnic trait, probably formed from the tribal and hunting needs that were retained longer than some other cultures'. It occurs in other races of course, but it's typically found in those of African descent, not matter how small that part of the family tree is.
It's very easy for the Mesomorphics to gain muscle, so in a way yes. Still takes work, but less than it would have had they not had the trait.

i'm gonna state some hard cold facts:

1) the pros use steriods and other muscle enhancing drugs

2) Blacks have naturally lower body fat levels then whites

3)Their dark skin allows the mucles to be seen better, giving the illusion of muscle muscle and being able to gain it faster

4)And it's not true that they are stronger that's very much a myth, check out the world strongest man contests, these require a high level of brute strength and physical conditioning(i.e good cardio),and blacks who have been in it rarely get past the qualifing stages.
,where as whites dominate it.

And yet, you did not provide a single source for your "facts."

No I think the skin color just gives of an appearance of bigger muscles and makes it easier to see. Because there are some white who have more muscle than a "ripped" African it just doesn't look like it.

It isn't simply a technicality.
I could say whatever I want, and claim it to "be the truth though." But really, how would I, or anyone, really know that?

Do you really believe that being of a specific race means you gain muscle faster?

I don't know; I haven't done any research on the topic.

I wouldn't say easier but I'd say they can get a better physique than white people can. It's still gonna take hard work but in my opinion when a white guy has reached his limit for size the black guy will have something left to work for. It's not really a fact or a proven but look at the Mr Olympia contest judged yesterday the top 3 were black and the Olympia is the top athletes in peak physical condition so it maybe shows that black people can take it to a slightly higher level
