So I have always liked this one girl and Wednesday I finally decided to ask her out (Also my friend who can't keep a secret told me that said person liked me) and she said "Maybe." Do I have a chance or should I just give up and move on?

You should just act like you are indifferent. Or make cat noises and be funny. I'd say yes.

If she says maybe that does mean there is a chance. She could just be taking time to figure out how she really feels towards the entire situation.

I would also suggest you don't pressure her into an answer. So just wait until she responds and if it is a "no" then move on...as really you tried and it never worked out, you shouldn't beat yourself up about it.
