Game suggestions!

Any game you know that's like Skyrim, Fable 1-3, and Fallout where you can interact with the townspeople and eventually massacre them? LOL.

Well Borderlands 1 and 2 are AWESOME open world games like skyrim, you've got loads of quests and literally millions of variants of guns, but you can't just massacre anyone haha x) There are plenty of bandits and monsters around to slaughter though :P It's an FPSRPG essentially

Ill try that one.. but i really want games where NPCs react based on your fame and you can kill them if you dont want their reaction.. :)

Not sure if you like fps games, but bodycount is a good game.

I would agree. Definitely play Borderlands.

Oh! And Dragon Age, excellent graphics, you lead your story, fantasy based, big dragons, you can have sex with people, etc xD And you've got a Skyrim type skill tree, quests and it's open world.

Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect, Fallout New Vegas, Oblivion and The Witcher are all great games for what you described. :) I wasn't sure whether you've played Fallout New Vegas or Oblivion so I added them anyway, their probably the best for what you want out of every game out there.
