So I have a soccer game tomorrow against a really good team, the problem is that my ankle hurts a lot and I think I sprained it and if I try to use my left we'll deffinently lose, so any advice.

if you have sprained ankle , you shouldn't be playing at all! because it might lead to more damage and permanent problems and then it might need a surgery
but to help with the pain and fast recovery :

1 - ice : put ice bag on ur ankle for 15/20 min "never ice for more than 20 min"
2 - try not walk on your sprained ankle
3 - take a pain killer
4 - use protective brace
5 - rest

if your ankle swollen get worse , i suggest you see a doctor!
