no, as long is it does not start to hurt or anything of that sort you will be ok

You really should only be doing it when you are in the shower and/or peeing, it's kinda awkward to new doing it more than that. If you do it too much, it will probably start to hurt. I'd stick to the shower.

When you retract it the first few times, it will be very sensitive. Eventually, it will become less painful (sensitive) and it will just feel good. Enjoy!

Not at all.. It will just desensitize your penis and of course more clean because there will be no pee stuck in the foreskin
