Can you maybe give us some background on this situation? Who's "she" and why do you think you'll lose her?

Take a shower. Make it a little too hot; it will calm you down. At least, it calms me down. Another thing I do (and yes, this does sound dumb) is meditate. Seriously. Put on some ambient music, turn the lights off and try to shut the worrying part of your brain off.
