I'm taking the max allowable units at college and working 40 hours per week. Needless to say I haven't really been taking the time to think healthy in terms of food (or fitness) because I simply don't have a lot of time. I gained 10 pounds in the past two months. I need to get back to a healthy lifestyle.

Any quick & easy recipes that I can pack for lunches to take to school or work would be extremely helpful to me right now. Please & thank you!

Well you can try preparing salads or wraps, or just grilled chicken. What I recommend is taking one day out of the busy week, and cooking all your food in advance. Many people who live hectic lives (and take the time to workout) do this little trick. Maybe take like a Sunday (or whatever day you have off) and prepare all the meals for the whole weak till the next sunday. You can make salads, wraps, sandwiches, grilled chicken, corn salad (corn with basic herbs), maybe some healthy soups like canned (with low sodium). Many dont have time for healthy food, thats why they usually just get fast food or whatever. But you can try stuffed bell pepper (stuff it with whatever you like, like corn salad, or even beans which are high in healthy fats and proteins, then just bake it in the oven and do a teaspoon of cheese). If you avoid high sodium foods, it will help release some of that extra water retention most of us have. Maybe take out 2 hours of the day you have off, and prepare everything you need. Also try eating whole grain cereal in the morning, to keep you feeling full longer.

Thank you so much! I've been loving how easy it is to make such delicious and healthy food. Sorry it took me a while to get back to you on that. :)

There are many recipes which I used to quick regularly in my house. I mostly consider the health of our family as well as the taste that comes along with the fresh food items. I mostly made the dishes with leafy vegetables and oil free. I can't simply mention in the single word about my favorite recipe as there are many.

if you keep stocked up on veggies, nothing like a good stirfry
it takes like 20 minutes, but comparedly you can make quite abit fairly quickly
making one serving takes roughly the same time as make 2 days worth, no more than a minute or two difference.
very customisable, no real recipe needed, just throw in what veggies you like.

Buy some thin, fast-cooking fish like basa or capensis, and sautee in olive oil with your favorite veggies.

The ingredients used for this recipe are very healthy and also very protein food, Though it is highly nutritions, it is very light and won't support the weight gain. Could you please produce some attachment links regarding the details of such types of recipes.
