sorry if im posting this in the wrong place but yeah..
so about 3 weeks ago in school, i broke my friends scooters mirror, kinda on accident. i thought it would open by just turning it around but it didnt and it broke.. felt really bad for the whole day. anyway the owners dad had said that im gonna have to pay for it and im cool with that, but it costs a ****load..
theyre gonna take it to the dealer and a new mirror is gonna cost 30€ and them putting it on 45€, but if they need to replace some bottom part, the total is going to cost about 130€.
i dont want to tell my parents about it, even though it probably would be the smartest thing but i wanna try to handle this on my own. i gave her dad my email and said its my dads so he could email the bill to my "dad". then when i have the money together ill take the bill to the dealer, tell them i wanna pay this bill in cash and pay it.
my only problem is how i get the money together.. her dads gonna text me in a few hours when he finds out how much it costs. i currently have saved up 20€ (yey...) and have no idea how to get the rest. i cant work legally and have thought of everything, even going to random peoples houses and offering to clean their yards for money.
this is so depressing , i cant think of anything else at all, i just think about how its gonna cost so much and where im gonna get the money from. my friend also said he wants to buy my shoes that i never use for 50-70€ which would be a good start but thats just a maybe.. any advice from anyone?
