I just started my Senior year of high school and so far it's been quite an adjustment for me. And as always, I've had A LOT on my mind lately. Well, the other day, I think I had a breakdown. My day had been starting off pretty well, everything was going fine at school and the weekend was starting. So, I was feeling pretty good. When I got home that day, I downloaded some music and was having fun. Then my mood started to change and I felt sorta down, but it wasn't that bad. My mother reminded me soon after that I'd be starting Saturday church classes the next day which got me upset (having to wake up early on Saturdays for one class?). After that my mood got worse. Then my parents left my house, leaving me home alone. At this point I was just laying in bed on the computer REALLY sad. I got bored and looked up how far this girl I like that I met online lives from me (VERY far). That made it worse. So, I went downstairs to my house's dining room, sat in the dark and next thing I knew, I was crying my eyes. I don't know what it was, but it was uncontrollable, It just came out and I couldn't stop.

I've been depressed since my Junior year. Constantly worried, disappointed, let down and heart broken. I've even turned to self harming to help, which it does a bit. I think it may have been the girl, cause I REALLY do like her. Hell, I might even love her. But I don't think she wants a relationship with me and eh...everything's just been confused. So, can someone help? It'd be greatly appreciated. Was that a breakdown? Why did it happen?
