I would like to see it again too! I hate the current fashion trends... The 90s were just a better time...

I don't see the point in making an effort to make yourself look skanky. It just winds up looking like they are lazy and maybe a bit 'special' to me. I think its possible to look really casual but also clean and attractive ... anything more than that, no thanks.

There never was a grunge fashion, not really. Original "grunge" fashion refers to whatever people in grunge bands could afford. Most of them were poor and wore whatever they could patch up from the thrift shop. That's where the dirty look comes from. Teenage white girls have turned "grunge" into a fashion. Tie dye studded shorts and a crop top with a picture of a pizza on it is not grunge, it's alternative. But I can name labels all day, you get my point.
Grunge is an attitude. Part of the attitude is that you don't need money to be happy, therefore the less-than-appealing clothes. I think "trying" to look grunge defeats the whole purpose.

I over explained :P Being Im grunge... I kinda cant explain to others what it is unless telling them its a music genre and a "style" but yes its basically a attitude. And the dude with torn t shirts, worn out plaid and worn out jeans with Converse and long hair sticks out haha but yeah its my thing and I like it.

Yeah I get what you're saying. :) I like the look, but I always feel like a bum when I sport it.

hahaha isnt it already back? Well at least in my school it is. There is like a group who loves Nirvana, anything and everything Nirvana. My friend is one of them, and I never heard of Nirvana, so then she was like "WHAT! You never heard of them?!" lol
But I believe everything has a cycle, like theres a huge group who love the 1950s era called Rockabilly (which I would say I'm lightly apart of, but I dont dress the part, im just obsessed with it :P). Right now, it seems like the Hippy cycle is in motion. I'm sure there will be a day for the Grunge lovers, just not today haha

personally I think its already back or whatever quite a few of my friends follow that sort of style and have done for over a year. Although I suppose that just reaffirms beths point about teenage white girls making it a fashion.
