why does random boner pop up when u try to play a game or watch tv

During puberty, your hormones rage rather uncontrollably, which causes many, many, many things to change. Getting random erections is certainly one of the side effects. Its normal, and really you cannot stop it. Some say masturbating reduces the amount of them, but I would disagree.

ok just wandering it just happen everyday when i watch tv or play games it just pop up and couldn't just stop so i decide to jack off and it make it away but stuff like that it just comes back

LIke the other poster said, your hormones are gonna just go crazy for awhile. Nothing you can do about it. Masturbating every day or so should help with it, but in the end, there's nothing you can do. But if your in public and scared someone will see it, think of ugly old nuns..... That does the trick :)
