View Full Version : Friend threatened to deliver Meth...Read Please!

Ok so today one of my friends (Samantha) said that she trusted me greatly to tell me this:

Her cousin (Shawn) has a system of delivering meth to a few people; his supplier leaves the meth under some bench or garbage can and then the next person comes and grabs it and goes on a bus where another person is waiting.

That other person then brings the meth to my friend's bus stop and hides it under a patch of grass where there is a hole under it so nobody sees it. Then my friend is suppose to take that meth and bring it with her to school and hide it in her locker.

She doesn't keep a lock on her locker so nobody can suspect that she's hiding anything in there but also because the next person (the final exchange person) needs to get into her locker at a time when nobody is in the hallways and take the meth to make the final delivery.

The only reason my friend is doing this is because her cousin, Shawn, is threatening her into participating in this delivery system. She didn't tell me the threat yet.

She desperately needs my help and advice on what to do. We have already discussed not to involve the police and not to threaten her cousin back (unless you guys have a good idea on how to do that)

Shawn is 18
Samantha is 13

Please, if anyone has any advice please feel free to say ANYTHING, it might help! Thank you!

Go to the police. That is all I can say about the subject.

Simple, smoke the meth. Then no deliveries have to be made.
Ha, no. Don't do that...

Once the girl gets to school just have her tell the principle, how hard is that? It's not like this kid is following her around 24/7 enough to know where she's going. Once she tells the principle they'll take it from there, and she'll be fine.

I sometimes wonder what prevents people from doing this. If you're being threatened, you do realize you can notify someone before whoever threatened you goes through with the threat.. right?

Side note. Why in the fuck is an 8 year old delivering meth?

on one hand ur friend trusted you and here you are. on the other hand is a really bad sceen your friend is involved in. here in the U.S. could easily net your friend(s) prison time and a life with no future. talk to your friend try and get them to stop doing it. obviously the next step is to let the school and the police know.

She can tell the principal but she will most likely get in trouble but if she doesn't get in trouble by the principle she will deffinatly get in trouble with other guys. she sounded really scared because she has no idea who is giving her the package or who is doing the deliveries. But i admit you had some fair ideas...oh and she's not thaaaat young

I know it's hard and not exactly what you want to do, but in all honesty the best thing to do in this situation is to notify the police. Her cousin threatened her and is taking advantage of his position over her, to the point of forcing her into criminal activities. Not only that, but he's probably threatening to hurt her or do even worse things to her. All of that right there is completely illegal, and I know you don't want to go to the police, but please for the love of all that is holy notify them for her safety. Because that is the best and maybe only way to protect her hun. We're always here to help, but when it's something this serious, that's the best thing you can do for her safety.. I wish you the best of luck, and hope you heed my word in this, even though I know you don't want to go to the police. It's what is best to keep her safe...

Ok I think you have a really good point here. I'll try and convince her, hopefully she will agree. Thanks a bunch! I'll let you know if she agrees

You said the kid Shawn is 8, and she's 13. Yeah. That's pretty young.

Um, I believe you are misreading what she said. She didn't say Shawn was 8, she said:

Shawn is 18

I can see why you got confused though :P

As easy as it is to say go to the police, it ends up not being that easy. She should really tell her parents, or even Shawns parents. I cannot tell you enough, how much trouble you can get in if the police catch someone with drugs, let alone distributing them. There was a show called "Queen Pin" and the lady who distributed Heroin and Marijuana got 15 years in jail. She needs to get out of that business ASAP, she either needs to tell Shawns parents, her parents, or the police. Using drugs is one thing, but dealing drugs and being apart of that whole process is another. Being caught with drugs can lead to 5 years in prison, being caught being apart of a whole drug distribution system can be 15 years. If she does end up telling the police, Shawn can go to jail for a long time (10-20+ years). The faster she can get out, the easier it is. The deeper she goes, the harder it is to get out.

That was her reason not to go to the police but if they tell shawn's parents shawns buddies will come after Sam, almost not doubt in that. But this gave me a slight idea, thank you also!

She needs to go to the police and stay in a safe home in a different town until anyone that was involved was caught.

Trust me this is not something that goes away, unless you would prefer it to end with her in multiple garbage bags.

Simple as that

Also you don't want to get caught up in something that you shouldn't.

find out the threat i guess. Otherwise just keep taking the product and sell it yourself :P nah dont do that but dont go the cops either (yet). First off, your friend might be lying to seem cool if not heres my advice. Tell the guy that you wont do it, you wont participate. If he physically harms you, then go to the police, if he does anything illegal after that just tell the police what the guy did (dont say anything at all about the meth, dont want to be on a drug dealers bad side) if they ask why he did it tell them to ask him, then if he confesses he just dug himself a bigger hole. Tell him to fuck off and not bother you and if he does anything illegal after that report that action to the cops. Or you can go the more risky way which is lying and saying there was no bag at the bus stop or someone jumped you for it. Personally id take it and sell it and say it wasnt there, or get a friend to 'mug you' for it.
