Well, it's about one inch flaccid and 2 inches erect?
Is this normal or am I small?

Well, i hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is below the average, but don't fret, you've got a few years to grow and to be honest, girls aren't really too fussed about it, as long as you can use it ;) just remember, everybody's different and you shouldn't be too worried, ask me some more questions if i wasn't quite clear xD

Youve got 8 whole years to grow. Usualy from 18-21 puberty stops depending on the person. I dont think you have anything to worry about!

Pretty much normal for your age. You probably have not yet started puberty, or are just starting it.

That is a little on the small side, but don't worry, you are just 13, you have plenty of time to grow. When I was 13 I was 5 inches erect, now i'm 6.2 inches erect at age 14 1/2, so believe me dude it will grow eventually, just be patient.

You are only 13, your just starting puberty. It is going to grow, you may be going through puberty slower than others. People start through puberty at different times. It'll be okay, nothing to worry about bro

More than likely you just have not hit your body's stage in puberty where your penis grows. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT!!

At 13 everyone is different. Don't let people that brag get to you... most if the time they are lying.
