Its one of those things, in America doctors are misinformed about the functions of the foreskin and they can be paid upwards to $1000 for one by pharmaceutical companies who use it in some face creams for women. Also most parents ( if there ever was a consent) don't know what they were consenting to. Most importantly, thought, parents are mis-informed. They believe you must look like your father, or that they are dirty or unattractive. It is all defined by culture.

Even in the States it can vary. It is not unheard of for west coast guys < 20 to be uncut.

Well considering you're likely to be in the early stages of puberty, because of your age, I would guess that you're fine for the moment. If you start to get any pain or discomfort though you should definitely get it checked out by a professional.

no thats natural (leave it), trimmed (cut it a little, but still there), or shaved (no pubes at all). When people are cut they are circumcised and have no foreskin, while uncut is the opposite (foreskin intact).

There's nothing that you mentioned in that post that is abnormal in any way. From what you described it seems that you're a bit of an early bloomer but that's nothing to be worried about, a lot of people would be happy with that. Your penis size and girth are both about average for fully developed adults so that's nothing to be worried about.

Having sensitive skin on your penis is a fantastic thing when you have sex, something which a lot of circumcised people miss out on to varying degrees. If it really irritates you though, you can get circumcised later in life. Don't make the decision lightly however.

There are methods of restoration, most of which are not guaranteed to work and some of which can cause severe harm. You're better off doing your own research and making your own decision because everyone sees this differently.
