This was a questionaire for Kenyan women. These women have been hearing the lie over and over from radio and billboards sponsored by the government that cut men are heros for helping to fight the AIDS epidemic. Imagine a survey that reported on whether African men enjoyed sex more or less with women whose genitals were cut up. How would that be received?

This study by Payne of 40 men measured them on two spots - NOT including the foreskin - the glans and the arm actually. It is boldly refuted by a vastly superior one (Sorrells et al) that carefully measured 4 times as many men on 17 genital spots each, including 5 spots on the foreskin. The 5 spots on the foreskin were on aggregate more sensitive to fine touch than than any spot not on the foreskin.

Removing half the male sensual pleasure receptors (see the work of Dr. J. Taylor) can't possibly add to your sensation.

In a study of 17 spots on the penis (see study by Dr. M. Sorrells) with about 150 subects, the 5 spots most sensitive to fine touch were all the ones on the foreskin.

As for appearance, people like what they're used to. About half of US infants are being left intact these days and globally about 80% of males are intact.

well... depends where you live. In australia it's like 60~70% of Australian babies born nowadays (from around the 70s onwards) aren't circumcised, very few babies now are being circumcised, even by religious people, unless you're strongly Jewish or another religion, and it's similar in the UK, NZ and Canada, and a lot of other countries.

But the idea that Jesus was circumcised because of his jewish faith doesn't mean you have to be, Jesus condemned a lot of of the Jewish faith, it's what you do onto to other and how you treat others is how you show your faith and love for Jesus and his teachings, not whether you are circumcised.

That's a bit of a silly question Craig. Most guys that have been cut after infanthood will have been done so because they had a problem with a tight foreskin and were probably therefore uncomfortable. Its reasonable to assume that they will feel more comfortable afterwards otherwise the operation will have been a complete waste of time.

Having been always uncut I cant compare, but I dont see how I could possibly feel more comfortable afterwards seeing as how I've never experienced the slightest discomfort with it as it is.

I can see your reason in that. I was just making a generalization that most cut guys use lube. Plus I know that the feeling is different for everyone, cut or uncut. But for the standard, most cut people use lube, where as it is unneeded for uncut.

I know that some people make exception to the rules. You yourself are one of them.

Well, i'm truly sorry you feel so violated. But, let me give you a little change back from your 2 dollars. First, it sounds like you have a case of parental resentment. Do you typically resent your parent's authority? Do you not trust their judgement generally? Do you really think they did this because they wanted to deprive you of something? I think most parents make the decision (either to circ or not) based on what they sincerely believe is 'better'. Why you think your parents wouldn't/couldn't/didn't is something you might think on instead of missing something you never had the experience to miss in the first place.

It's always interesting to me that guys who have not experienced what foreskin is like can have such strong feelings about it. It's not like you had it and remembered it and loved it and it was taken away from you. So, i have to believe your (and guys like you) perspective is coming from something else.

Rather than feel cheated your whole life over something that, again, you have no idea about, maybe you should just wait a while, and see if your feelings change as you get some experience. And maybe you should talk with your parents and verify if they really are as selfish and stupid as you're making them seem.

You do need to be cleaning every time you take a bath or a shower. The sensitivity will get better once you get used to it. When you get to the stage of any form of sexual activity with another person they are not going to be impressed if you're not clean.

Its perfectly normal for a foreskin not to stay retracted unless held back, mine would normally roll back over like you have described and its nothing to do with the shape of my penis.

The foreskin is supposed to as sensitive as your eyelids, and the glans as sensitive as a woman's clitoris. I am cut, and I have found that neither is true for me. Even the circ scar, which would be where all the severed nerves would be, isn't any more sensitive than the surrounding skin. Wrong again, its nothing like as high as 40%. The 80% uncut figure that I quoted is widely accepted, some studies suggested maybe as high as 33% of the worlds men are cut, but its no where near half.

Lots of guys never have this problem, but in most cases if you do have a problem it will sort itself out by the time your 16. Doing a little bit of stretching in the way that Sam said should help. If it isnt working for you its worth a trip to the doctor as they may give you a steroid cream to help it along.
