Ok, here is something I learned on the movie "America Pie" and for me, it actually works. So when you're trying to get rid of a boner, think about something non-sexual and something that is a turn off to you. In the movie the guy thought of a chair, since there is nothing erotic about a chair. So whenever I get a boner, I just think about something I find disgusting, or a turn off.
