I know what I should do. But since I havent found the courage to do that yet. I shall just rant.

My brain.
Not only does it make me jump out of my skin apparantly too easily it almost cost me today.

Somehow I managed to escape getting ran over by a moving bus. Why I ran across that road I don't know. Just lucky the driver saw me coming.

Last night I had a night terror, waking up confused and scared :/

Yes paranoia is back and I feel like all self confidence has gone..

GREAT ONE FFS

I'm sorry you're feeling this way and I want you to know you can leave me a PM or VM anytime. Never feel bad for venting honey.

Would you like to let us know what the thing you 'know what you should do'?? Maybe we can help you more then, but please remember not to do anything sudden and reckless if you can help it- you are valued more than you think/know.

Is there anyone that you can talk to about how you're feeling in regards to paranoia, and is there anything you're good at that you can do to try and boost your confidence? I know it isn't easy, hun, but keep on keeping on :)

I am sorry this is happening to you Ben.

My advice would be just to rant or talk through these things with someone you trust. This is clearly troubling you and I think you need to think about what its doing to you as a person because currently it is causing you to stress out which in itself is leading you to feel almost constantly paranoid.

If you ever wanna talk I am only ever a PM away.

Thanks guys I think I shall finally get around to getting help tomorrow. Maybe It's so bad because I have been putting it off but the fact is I chicken out, it seems that some of my problem is too suffer in silence.

I'm going to have to speak to somebody at school because even if I goto the doctors surgery it would be unlikely I would be able to speak to my own GP.

THanks very much again.
