I feel like i can do more... And since im growing more because of puberty, I would want to get more muscle, maybe a bigger ass because i dont have a good one:P any advice on how to get more muscle and more ass :3

well, play a ricuclousoulouscluous amount of sports, i like to think im alright, and ive played lacrosse, football, ive wresteled, swimming, and my passions snowboarding and soccer. i also run and weightlift alot. also, yoga helps, i do that and it made me freakishly flexible

Squats are good for your glutes. You can do these with weight bar over your shoulders but you would want to read up about posture and stuff so you don't hurt your back or knees.

One they do a lot at my gym is kettle lifts. You could try lifting a weight (eg book bag, or actual kettle weight) from between your legs, starting in a half crouched position with the weight held near the ground between your feet, then standing and lifting your arms out straight in front of you (no heigher than your shoulders). Repeat for about a minute at a time.

Swimmers usually have great bums, so you could take up a sport like that. Cycling and rowing would also be good.

this is WRONG!!! theres two types of muscle tissue and cardio builds the type that has almost no size, but the guy who asked wants muscles! you have to do some type of weight traning!

Im with cerney, play lots of sports, or if you dont like playing sports than go to a gym and get a personal trainer, or something along those lines.. ORR.. If you dont want to do that then i would recomend these beginnerish excercises:
Squats-good for your ass and thighs
Lunges-also good for that junk in your trunk and thighs
Running/jogging-good for cardio, calves, and thighs.
Pushups- good for shoulders and triceps and chest
Tricep dips- in my opinion easier than pushups, and good for triceps
Planks-abs and arms
Biking-thighs
And have a diet
Also, while cardio isnt a muscle thats visible(i mean like super skiny people can have good cardio) its very helpful while building muscle

I don't know, try HIT (high intensity training) like sprints for abs. Sprinting also gives you an awesome ass. I have an awesome ass imo lmao!

Cycling's my preferred mode of transportation and I do have to say, I love my ass...lol.

There are a lot of benefits with cycling like weight-loss, general muscle growth, endurance improvement, etc. :)

it's kinda funny cuz i didn't know guys cared how their butts looked. Just be in shape, it's good enough.

You have came to the right place=)

The 20 rep squat program has put more muscle mass and butts on people since it was first discovered way back in the 1930's then any other program devised since!

Squats are really, really important/good. They not only work the butt, but they work the core, the butt, the legs, and even forearms. If someone chose to do just 1 exercise, most bodybuilders would say do Squats.

You'd be surprised, many guys want there butts to look good. Girls LOVE fit looking butts.
