Should i talk to this guy?

Ok, so ever since i went to school on my bus this year, there has been this kid which is a bit well strange. He has long greasy hair and has not shaved for the past two years. He's very quiet in the bus yet anytime someone is talking, he is always listening and has to say something bad. He once started making jokes about Jewish people in the Holocaust (so bad i cant say them here) and he seems to get happy when he mention people and babies burning and dying. Now i dont care cause i never talk to him, but whats weird is that he is ALWAYS staring at me the whole bus ride, even when im talking to my friend, i see his eyes peering into my soul from the corner of my eyes and then he stares at my friend when i leave(she told me). Even when i sit far away from him i can feel him staring at me, and its not a nice stare, its a creepy mean one lol. Infact one day he almost punched a girl in my bus because she was playing with a string, he raised his arm and almost hit her head but the bus driver didnt notice cause she was on the phone. He listens to dark dubstep and doesent seem like a nice person yet he is really smart in school, also he always puts his foot on the seat so no one can sit next to him (private bus) and he puts his bookbag in between him and i in the bus ride to school so that i dont get close to him. The weirdest part is that one of my friends heard him say that he found me attractive(?), so should i confront him and ask why he stares at everyone or should i ignore him like i have for the past year?

I talked to him once but he treated me like if i were some sort of sub human, so i dont know how i could approach him since he is so violent towards everyone except his only two friends.

Ummm, hmmm this kids seems like he has a very bad family life, by the way he acts! You can tell by a persons actions, by their family life! I know this may sound like not the best thing to do, but how bout see if you can get this guy to either talk to you, or try to get him to go to a therapist! I guarantee a therapist is what he needs the most right now, so he can just talk about his family life, and what's on his mind, and also get help! I mean that's the only way I see this situation changing if he has a trusted adult to talk too, instead of a teen, because teens would spread this around school, and a trusted adult knows not to say a word.
