You should see a doctor. It's not normal to have that much trouble sleeping. Try to get a quiet dark environment to sleep in and don't drink caffeine or exercise before bed. If none of that helps, see a doctor. Lack of sleep can be a symptom of many diseases, but can generally be treated fairly well.

Well there are a few things this could be. Whats you diet like. How many calories do you average in a week. How much sugar. Junk food. When you can go to sleep when you feel tired don't set any alarm and make sure no one wakes you in the morning and when you wake up on your own you should be well rested if you feel tired again soon then you may want to see a doctor.

I try my absoulute best to eat healthy but that is hard because I'm not the one with the wallet. I should've been asleep 20 minutes ago.

Have you tried binaural beats? It doesn't work for everybody; for me it works. You have to find a frequency that suits you, but here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dX_xgkv9MT8) is my personal favorite.
Binaural beats work by sending two different sound frequencies into your brain, this creates a 3rd tone that is specific to each listener. Everyone hears something different (that's why you have to find the one that works best for you.) It's very peaceful and relaxing.
Put in a pair of comfortable headphones, lay back and listen. Honestly when i do this i fall asleep within 10 minutes and wake up feeling fantastic. They also have ones that are meant to be played over a stereo system so you can hear it throughout the room. This (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vcJ-o_fh1B4) is an example of one meant for being played over a stereo. It may be more suited to you, i'm not sure. Only way to find out is to try it. :)
If this doesn't work then consult your doctor.

Update:
350: came home from school.
400: dad came home from work.
410: dad became enraged, went to sleep.
430: unable to do homework or play halo, i resorted to drastic measures and took a siesta.
600 brother came home, made noise, awoke me for some reason.
601 told brother to stay the FUCK away from me.
600-800. Brother watching cartoons... so loud noise went through wallls.
800-900- attempted to sleep... unsucessfully.
900-1000 did homework by hand, ate dinner.
1000-1045 managed to sleep for 10 minutes then...
1100 dad woke up and started yelling at me.
1101-1130 took a shower, in hopes that he would give up and sleep.
NOW
My question: How the fuck do I live like this? Do i have to sleep at a friends house to live or something?

No... "cyber drugs" don't exist. They're a derivative of binary meditation, it's not a drug and it doesn't get you high. Especially with your last post i would definitely try using them. It cancels out the noise and relaxes you.

Nathan;
No one could sleep in the environment you describe. I really feel for you. Can you live with a friend and his family for a week or so? I bet your issues would greatly diminish after a couple of days of sanity.
What's up with your dad? Want to talk about it?

Both points are nulled as I have no ipod, cellphone or friends. I live in a small apartment.
