Well I know that soft penis size doesn't really matter, but I would like to see how I compare to others.

I am 4.7 inches soft, and I think i'm more of a shower than a grower since i'm 4.7 inches flaccid and about 6.2/6.3 inches erect.

mines usually 2.5" soft but I guess its moody like me :P sometimes its even shorter. its the erect size and your ability to use it that really matters though.

3.5 soft 6.5 hard, so guess I am a grower. most people know not to judge dick size based on its size soft.
