Okay. I don't really know how to say this. Could be awkward. But, anyway. I'm 15 and I've been masturbating for atleast 5 years (from what I remember) but the length of time I can last doing it hasn't really improved. I can last around five minutes then I explode (well cum if you get the pun) is this a normal time. And would I last any longer of it was to be having sex? Weird I know. But feel I need to know.
Thanks guys

If it takes that time to wank, then your body will get used to lasting that long. Let's not discuss or suggest techniques. ~StoppingTime
Hope this helps

And I can improve that how? Thanks guys. I mean it's usual for me. But I'm supposed to be 'taking things further' with my girlfriend who I have been with for the past 4 years, I just want to be embarrassed about how long I might actually last compared to masturbating.

You can maybe improve your performance when masturbating by using the stop n go method. As hard as it may be to stop, force yourself to stop when you even faintly start to get close to orgasm; take a minute or two break then repeat. This might help. It just takes a little self control.
And sex and masturbation are two totally different things and feelings. The end result might be the same, but when another person is involved its totally different, so dont just assume that because you finish quick when j/o, you will when having sex. You might take a long time with sex if you are nervous your first time. Good Luck!

The first time you have sex you won't last that long. Its a totally different experience compared to jacking off. Just like others have posted the stop n go method works great for lasting longer with jacking off and achieving a better orgasm. Look this up via google. Honestly, I don't think anything will help you last longer or prepare you for actual sex except practicing by actually having sex, not jacking off I mean. Think about it, you learned how to walk by practicing, ride a bike, you even learned how to jack off by practice so to speak. The same goes for driving and sex. No one can teach you those things you just have to learn them on your own. Don't be to concerned with your first time man, you'll be super horny, and blow in no time, and it will get better with time, patience, and practice. Hope this helps you man.

Thats what used to happen to me, but im guessing you dont stop, you just keep going. During intercourse you would take breaks and you would be going a little slower... you can last for as long as you want. Maybe try taking like 10 second breaks every now and then... just to prepare yourself...

All this has done is lead to the discussion of sexual techniques. :locked:
