Best pizza you ever ate

The best I had was this wood fired oven cooked prosciutto, mushroom and kalamata pizza at this place in Calgary called Pulcinella. I wouldn't complain if I paid the price for it and only got the crust it's like freaking naan bread. So tasty.

My favorite pizza is from a family-owned place in my town...it has a sweet (as in tasting sweet) sauce, and I like it with sausage, pepperoni, ham, green peppers, mushrooms, and onion. It tastes as good when you have leftovers the next day as it does when you get it at the restaurant.

THanks God, I am Italian. My preferred location for pizza is "Kangaroo", near Milano... Margherita is the best one, provided that extra-virgin olive oil is used, mozzarella comes from buffaloes and tomatoes are fresh.

I bake my own pizza completely from scratch. Margherita and Salsiccia (Italian sausage). Vodka-soaked tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella/parma cheese, and whatever else that looks fresh :yeah:. If only I had a wood-fired oven :(

In chicago area, Gianorio's, was thin crust and pepperoni. Everything was homemade, it was awesome and have never come close ever again to it.
