Yes your muscle mass will increase when you develop during puberty. Its just a matter of waiting until it does. I wouldn't advise trying whieght lifting until you are at least 16 as you will only damage yourself.

I agree with Sam, You're entire body will grow. Just wait awhile, and you should be fine.

When I lived in California (Years Years ago) When I was in kindergarten (Like 8 Years a go)
In PE I had to do mega jumping jacks! (Oh my arm! My leg!)
Ya so I'm 14 now and I live in Oregon and I do Home School!
Man that was hard!

Yeah, your muscle mass will get greater as you go through puberty, and after that's happend, if you still want to get stronger you can join a gym and do weight training.

Yes your muscle mass will become great but you can still lift weights. I honestly don't undertand where ppl get the idea that weight lifting will hurt u. JUST DONT OVER DO IT!! Other than that wieght lifting is perfectly fine at 13.

13 what are you on about, if your under 16 you shouldn't be atempting to lift weights or even lifted them your body is not designed to do that kind of stuff at young ages like that.

Weight lifting is fine, you will just need to take the usual precautions like not lifting anything too heavy or not going for too long.

I agree. it's okay to start at 13 but you want to start off small and build your way up and not overdo it.

Ask your parents for guidance on how to start lifting weights.
