So today my left leg has been being weird today.
The part of muscle around my shin has been cramping whenever I straighten it or bend it much, and feels 'weak'. Like it can't support my weight like my other leg can.
And the part directly behind my knee is twitching and it is REALLY annoying because I can feel it spasm. What's wrong with it?

Is there any sort of physical activity you have done lately that could have caused something like this to happen? i.e. playing in a soccer game, or just sports in general? If you have done some sort of physical activity, it could be you didn't stretch your muscles properly, or it could be a lack of potassium. If you haven't done some sort of physical activity recently, I would wait a couple days to see if it stops. If it persists, then I would see what a doctor has to say about it.

Could be a nervous/muscular disorder?

If you've done any sort of physical activity lately you might have forgotten to stretch before and after. That happens to me sometimes after volleyball practice when I don't stretch.

Alright, I think I solved the mystery. I'm on pretty much a no salt diet, and that day I cheated and ate a *whole* bag of potato chips, which could explain why my leg was cramping.

I read your first post and then your last post confirmed my theory.
Basically you have a salt overload these symptoms happen after eating a high amount of sodium in the diet. You need to remember to have some salt though to avoid instances like these. It is essential to have salt in the diet. However don't go overboard as if you do go overboard then you will get a twitchy leg and cramp and other symptoms like that.
