What did your school do about this?
That can be classed as assault and at the very least warrants suspension.
Do you parents know?

Throwing a chair at someone and injuring them makes the school an unsafe place. You need to tell someone(principle, super intendent, parents) they will at least get suspended...

Ummm I actually disagree with you! If he was making fun of her mentally then yeah, she should be ignoring him, unless it gets to a point. But in this situation for chair chucking, you really need to tell any type of adult at the school. I mean this ain't right at all, and they will make sure they take action soon as possible! Because he threw a chair at you, most likely he will be suspended for a few days, but you don't need to be nervous when he gets back, because he's already talk with the principle, or assistant p, and if he does it more often after, he can be expelled. When stuff like this happens, there is not fooling around! So yeah, tell a teacher or principle.

Tell the head teacher or a teacher that really likes you as they will stick up for you and make the punishment even more severe for the kid.
