No, getting 'excited' from seeing naked teenagers your age is normal. You don't really get much of a chance to ogle other people's naked bodies IRL..and plus when it's on the internet, it's not as awkward since you don't know the other person.
When people get naked on webcam on things like Omegle and Chat Roulette, it's because they get a 'thrill' out of other people watching them. It may be illegal but, there really aren't any consequences from doing it since the people you're connected with will almost certainly not know you (or not be able to recognize you, anyway)

I did do that a few times when I was younger, and to be honest never thought of what Nicky said, but that is something that I think needs to be considered....I haven't done that with strangers in like 2 years....not really into it....

Never been on those chats before. Seems interesting and fun to be naked and showing ppl but, due to it being illegal, NOPE.
