Last night I got mad at my gf of 1 year and 6 months who lives far away from me because of something she did which didn't really matter but I got mad, Idk y... Anyways, I have been trying to apologize but the only thing she has said was "its whatever, just forget about everything you've done in the past and move on" its been 4 hours since she said that :( I don't even think she has read my messages v.v I just really wish she knew how sorry I am for always hurting her feelings even though I don't like doing that to her. Do you think that its possible for me to have lost her?.....

Well since you have been together for that long i doubt she would have said It's whatever to end it. She could be that kind of girl though. My advise is to wait a couple days and contact her again.
best of luck - Rob

I really hope you're right, do you know if there is any medication to help calm anger?

Re-evaluate yourself. try to see why you get so mad and get your anger in control. Sounds like this isn't the first time your anger's created a problem. Not that your girlfriend's guilt free of anything, but anger can cause issues in any relationship. My bf and I came close to breaking up a few times because he could get super hulk angry, and not even understand how it affected us.
So you may have lost her, you may not. Give her your understanding and give her some space. Just let her cool herself off.

You could try asking your GP, or looking it up online.

Counseling, therapy, anger management, all of those have the potential to work so long as you go in hoping to come out better. Just anything to get it into check. Good luck!
