This may or may not help, but have you talked to your doctor about the possibility of epilepsy or a mental condition? The seizure part sounds like epilepsy, but the hallucinations sound like a mental health issue. Sorry if I'm just talking guff, but hope I can help.

Sleep paralysis! I have this happen to me every so often, last time was around 6 months ago.
Sleep paralysis is when your deep sleep (rem sleep) is being interrupted by over active neuro transmissions, that cause you to stay stuck between sleeping, and being conscious. When this happens you are unable to move, however you are aware of your surroundings. Hallucinations are also involved in sleep paralysis, as it is a cross between your non-conscious state of mind and your conscious state of mind.
Rem sleep is 25% of your sleeping schedule, while nrem (non-rem) is the other 75%. Nrem sleep is when you aren't dreaming, and when your body is completely relaxed. When you enter rem sleep your eyes move rapidly, and you begin to have dreams. During sleep paralysis you become 'aware' of this rem sleep. Your brain and body is in sleep mode, so you can't move or speak, however you can see.
I would consult your doctor about this for treatment. There is no medication - per say - that can be prescribed for sleep paralysis. However there is most likely and underlying cause as to why this is happening. It can range anywhere from narcolepsy, depression, anxiety, drug use, etc.
It's not harmful though, so don't be worried about that.
