Breakfast - 6 weetbix + lite milk + banana
morning snack - apple
lunch - chicken cheese and lettuce sandwich + nutri grai bar
afternoon snack - carrot sticks muesli bar and a banana
Any other tips to make this healthier ? not particularly wanting to lose weight just want to maintain it :) thanks
