Cutting non-stop for a week

Im currently in afghanistan. I lost 3 guys in my platoon a month ago, in an VBIED. Now, for the last weeks, ive been cutting 6 or 7 times a day. I am about to kill myself. I dont know what to do

I'm so sorry about the guys in your platoon, RIP. Please try to stop cutting, it's not a good habit to get into. And please don't kill yourself, the world needs you. Stay strong man. I know losing someone close is hard but cutting wont fix that.
