Also 4.5 inches isn't small at all for a 13 year, it's about high average for that age. When I was 13 I was 5 inches, a couple of months ago I was 5.5 inches then it grew to 6 inches , and now I am going through a growth spurt and now my penis is 6 1/4 inches. Now since you are 13 you have plenty of time for your penis to grow, trust it will grow. As for now though, your size is fine. As for pissing yourself at school that would be embarrassing, so see a doctor about that ASAP.
