Age of Experimentation

At what age should one stop experimenting with friends? I haven't yet and I feel that my friends do all the time, Just once, I'd like to see how it feels...

I stopped experimenting with friends when my b/f and i became exclusive. Sometimes, but not often, we both will get in a circle jerk with friends but we both have to be there or we won't do it. I just turned 14 when I stopped.

Good question, yesterday me and my 3 BFF's that i jerk off with had this conversation. And it's like is there a point where you wake up one morning and say "hey i'm not going to jerking off with my mates anymore?" and you just stop and never do it again? We came to the conclusion that when it's not fun anymore we'll stop doing it, but then laughed thinking we've been doing it since we were 13yo and it's still just as fun as the first time we did it and it still feels as good as the first time we did too. So yeah i'd love to know if there's some magical age or point where you stop?

I would think around your later teens up until early adulthood. like 18-21 i would say is the age it would usually stop.

I think when you're uncomfortable doing it , that's when you should quit.

There really isn't a set age when you should stop. I mean by all means if your friends are up to doing it when you guys are 30, you could. As long as you all want to then it's all good.

LOL Age of Experimentation sounds like a new video game XD Anyways, I think that even being 25 is okay, as long as both guys are okay with it. Unfortunately ive never done it and im dying to, but im still only 13:)

I can't see why there should be an age limit - some guys might fool around in college / uni where they never had the chance. I think its pretty obvious that if you are ok with it and the other guy is ok with it, then thats really all that matters.

The way I see it, better that you find out who you really are and what you like sooner in your life, but not everyone gets that chance when they are teens.

Honestly, I believe it should stop before 18, because at that point almost everyone knows exactly what their doing, and often make clear cut decisions to continue on with doing it or not. In other words, it does become a homosexual activity, and not just having innocent fun. I lost interest earlier this year, when I was 16. I still have the chance too, one of my friends still always wants to do it, but now I just decline because I know I am past that.

I don't think that there is any magic age.....again when you feel uncomfortable is the time to stop, but I think most guys enjoy it for many many many years....

According to my Dad, it still happens with buds on business trips in their 30's to 40's...so I think it depends upon the guy...I don't really think there is an age limit. And, yeah, these guys are married with kids...so still basically straight. And with college coming up for me, I can't wait!

What happened to me was a serious relationship. I got in a serious relationship with a girl i really liked and i stopped fooling around in general. She became the only and if did anything else (even if it was making out at a party) i felt guilty. If i feel guilty then it doesnt feel good anymore so i wont do it. if I am ever out of this relationship and something goes down and it feels like a good idea then ill probably experiment again but honestly, if i never get a chance to then im cool with that. I think its more situation then it is like cooking something.

I don't think there is really an age limit but if it begins to feel uncomfortable then you ought to stop.

Well, whenever you think it's neccessary not to experiment.
Personally, I think the right age to stop experimenting is at age 18, but i've heard that a lot of guys in college experiment, so if you want to, go ahead.
