I have this problem, that i use my right eye a lot more than my left eye,so when i watch tv or something i realize that i only watch with with the right eye and use the left as a help, also my right eye is healthier and can see more ,,clearly,, and further, for instance i can be far from the tv and see the subtitles, but if i try with the left one i struggle a bit, sometimes i don't even ,,move,, my left eye enough because of this and it looks like i am a bit cross eyed, actually i had that problem before, but i solved it now by using the left eye more, but it still happens occasionally and i don't even realize it and its kind of embarrassing when i am talking to someone and realize it,so does someone have any advice on what i should do? I don't want to have glasses or those things that you put on your eye (i forgot the name),so i don't want to go to the doc,i was thinking of simply putting something on my (good) right eye to keep it closed when i am at home and just use my (bad) left eye for an hour or two and to keep doing it for a few days, but i don't know will it change anything...

That's called having a lazy eye, go to an optician. You're afraid of being prescribed glasses or anything else that improves your vision? Well, I have glasses. And i'm a very dapper fellow. Join the cult.
You can try to self medicate this. Put one of those extra-sized band aids over your right eye as soon as you get home. This will help to strengthen your eye, however, i'm not sure if whatever vision loss has already been done will return to normal. Which is why i strongly suggest going to an optician, because it's only going to get worse.

Damn you got there before me :P
Yeah I'd suggest getting an eye patch to put over your right eye, eve when you're only at home it would force your left eye to work.
The opticians is probably your best bet though, they might be able to give you glasses or something to that effect, tell you what's wrong at least.

I have te same exact problem. I wear glasses though I still use my right eye much more than the left. Cover the right, or go to an eye doctor.

I have the same prob I believe, can't see far with right eye tho and left eye is normal, if I have the money ill get surgery otherwise there really isn't any need for glasses or anything cuz I can see perfectly well most of the time if my vision gets worse ill get glasses/contacts
