Alright well im 15, and when I have a boner I'm about 4.7-5" I feel like that's really small for my age. But my penis i feel is alittle thicker than others. Idk though. But yeah. Is this normal? I have a deeper voice armpit hair and I have to shave and I have lots of pubic hair.

Its ok, the adult average is 5-6 inches so you're fine. Also you are only 15 so it has plenty of time to grow. People don't stop growing until they are in their late teens or early 20's.

I'm 15 and 6.5" but its on the skinnier side, I hear women love thicker cocks rather than long skinny ones. So if yours is thick that will make up for lack of length.
