So the other day my friend asked me to trade some naked pictures with him. I find him pretty attractive, but i know since were underage its illegal. However, is it still wrong if no ones face is in it and theres no risk of it being spread on the internet (hes a pretty good friend)?

There is always a risk of it ending up on the internet. He could betray you. And yes it is still illegal because the person in the image is underage.
I would highly suggest saying no. You may regret it later.

I have to agree with Ben,
Trading Naked Pictures with everyone even a friend is still a wrong idea and illegal and if caught by an adult could get you in serious trouble. Even if no faces are shown it is still wrong and should not be done especially when you are underage. You never know who could get a hold of them or where those photos could end up, even if the guy your doing it is a good friend.
Overall it is a bad idea and I would say no to think kind of activity.

Putting aside that it's illegal, I would strongly suggest not to, given that one day you could fall out or he might betray you and then the images could still find there way onto the internet. But it's your decision.

Like the other person said, there's always a risk of it getting online. If you really want to see each other naked, it'd probably just be better if you guys experimented in person.

It's illegal no matter what and there's always a chance of someone finding them even if he is a really good friend!

It's not illegal until you get caught (;
but i reckon it would be better in person. thats not considered "child porn"

Although the first line is overused and cliche, he is right. "...illegal until you get caught". You probably will get caught. It is illegal and when something does go wrong, you can only blame yourself. Do not do it at all. If you want to do something like that, you do it in real life and that's the end of it. The fact is, pictures are physical evidence that can be spread or used for blackmail. If he brings it up again just tell him no. It's for your own safety and his.

I think that it would be safer in person!!! Once something is sent electronically there is a big chance that someone will see it or it will end up somewhere, and with all these social networkings things you can do on your phone... one wrong move and it could be sent somewhere!! Do it in person!!

i think doing it in person is the smarter choice. now a days you can't trust people with naked photos as much. so if you did it with him in person and he decided to tell you would both look equally "gay" (not trying to offend anyone) than people being able to call you a "slut" or "manwhore" for sending nudes. Some young freshman girl at my school sent her boyfriend a nude and it ended up all over facebook, so i would say don't do it.

Since "YOLO" I'd advise against doing something that you could regret for the rest of your one and only life. In this case the reward doesn't justify the risk imho.
There are always pics going round at school - one girl opened a email with a naked pic of her boyfrend (+boner) in class, and a female cousin had a pic of hers get out too.
I would strongly suggest hooking up with this guy in person rather than pic swapping - he's got to be attracted to you to suggest this.

Probably not a good idea, What if he says to someone "You can see them as long as you dont show anyone" and that person spreads it? it will probably be a bad decision which you might regret

You can never be too careful about these things. Instead of trading pictures why not see eachother at either on of your houses for a sleep over and do some stuff there. It's much safer than distributing nude pictures of yourself to others, which as other have pointed out, could land you with a sexual offenders status on your reseme wherever you work. Things like these don't just die off, they can stay with you for the rest of your life.

Honestly I would because I mean you can always deny its not you if there's no face and if you says he a good friend then trust him. I'd send nudes if my girl asked so I don't see why you shouldnt :)

I wouldn't. Nudes are something you trade in a committed relationship. It definitely can end up on the internet, so I wouldn't suggest doing it. However, you all can show eacch other in person...

If you're scared about betrayal and it ending up on the internet, take the pics and just show it to each other without sending them. I do it all the time

I like the idea of photo swapping but it really is not that advisable. It is still your choice if you wanna send ur picture to him but make sure nobody can prove that it is you.lets set aside betrayal, what if the person you swapped photos with lost his phone/camera/computer. Somebody might post it somewhere. See justin biebers experience, his camera and computer was stolen and after a few hours this alleged picture of a lad with a small bird tatts leaked the web,now everybody thinks that its him because people sees his tatts on every half nude picture of him.

If you know him in real life, just invite him over for a sleep over, stay up late when the rest of your family is asleep, then ask to seem him nude... That simple wouldn't risk giving him pictures...

I wouldn't just because as you said it's illegal. Even though you don't show your face if you have possession of a naked minor than it is child pornography.
Do what you want but i highly recommend not to

November 11th, 2012, 10:11 PM
Illegal, yeah.
That said, I've done it before. It actually really strengthened our friendship and made us totally comfortable around each other. I'd say (illegal aside) if you think that this won't be the end result, don't do it. If you think it might get awkward at all, pass. If you think it will help your friendship like mine? Your call.

even if he doesn't share them what if he loses his phone? or it's stolen or a friend sees it lying around and accesses it? plus it is against the law whether you are caught or not. if you murder someone and aren't caught it is still illgegal. you just won't get PUNISHED until you are caught. so if none of that bothers you then go ahead--the jails are only half full. it would make more sense to just show in person like everyone says.
