Dont know what to say! Help please!

ive just told this girl how i feel about her. Only thing is i dont know what to talk about when im with her! My mind just goes blank! No doubt its because i get nervous and worry to much about making a fool of myself.
Any advice?

plan what you want to say before you talk to her, and it doesn't really matter what you talk about. you would probably look more a fool sitting there in silence.
