Hi I am 15 years old and my penis is only 4 inches hard. I have pubes but no armpit hair and my family is a family of late bloomers is something wrong ?

absolutely nothing, remember everyone grows at different rates, im 15 too and im at the other end of the scale, but trust me m8 its nothing to worry about :)
