Hello everyone
I am in grade 10 (14 turning 15 years old soon) at school and am one of the 3 boys that are late in puberty.
I am quite short but going through a growth spurt.
I have a little bit f facial hair above my lip and on my chin if you look really close.
I have noticeable leg and arm hair, feet, toes, hands.
A little bit of belly hair (near belly button) and a fair bit of pubic hair and some on scrotum.
A tiny bit of armpit hair.
I get erections regularly but no ejaculation.
My voice is constantly cracking and squeaking.
I'm scared to talk about it with my parents like shaving my facial hair and they haven't talked to me about puberty yet. Even though I am going through these changes and have a complete knowledge of it. What should I do and please reply so you can comment and tell me stuff about you if you are comfortable to talk about it. I can talk about anything.

I was short too at your age (i'm almost 16) but i grew a lot at 15 years so don't worry about that.
I also have a little above my lip and chin but i mostly shave it. It's just what you prefer
I have noticed that you are pretty soon with the hairs, because most spots you called i don't even have hair or not not noticable

Mate, puberty is normal for every teenage person. Everyone goes through this and it's nothing non-normal. With puberty, you'll notice some differences on your body, but almost everything will stay same...don't worry.

I wouldn't say I was late but I wasn't early into puberty either. I was always quite short when I was 14 and below. But within the last year, I've grown quite a bit actually. You never know, you might not reach your full height until you are 18. Surprisingly, I had facial hair above my upper lip for about a year maybe a year and a half, I had always thought about shaving it off but never got into a conversation with my parents about. Then about a month ago they bought me a shaver out of the blue.
Hair will develop over your body as you get older don't be worried if other people have longer or more hair then you.
As for the voice cracking. I had a squeaky voice for probably 8 months not many people brought it up and eventually you'll break into your adult voice; again just a matter of time.
