Have you ever been shocked by the size of a friends penis?

This is not necessarily implying anything at all, I'm just curious if this has ever happened to you before. By friend, I mean a friend who is smaller than most people your age, perhaps with a more high pitched voice, and doesn't appear to be as far into puberty as other people.

Have you ever had to be naked in front of a friend who is particularly small, with a squeaky voice and doesn't appear to show many signs of puberty, then glance over and discover that he had a larger penis than you expected?

I don't just mean at home, but in School as well, like in the Locker room or showers.

If this has ever happened to you could you also describe:
-What made them look like they hadn't progressed far into puberty?
-Was their penis larger than yours?
-When did you see them nude?

I'm just curious, because a few of my friends are small and squeaky and less pubescent than I am, should I expect them to most likely have smaller penises than me? :P

Haha no since everyone is different. The closest I came to being surprised was when my friend showed me his like two years ago and it was 2-3 inches longer than mine at the time cuz he is over 7 inches. At the time I thought that was simply insane.

Was he shorter(IN HEIGHT) than you and did he look slightly less into puberty than you did. I mean like did he look more child-like than you. Because thats what I mean. Have you ever had to get naked with somebody like that, and been suprised at them having a larger penis than you expected.

Yes he did look around a year or so younger than me even though we were both 13 or 14.

Well I have compared penis size with a few of my cousins and friends, all of them were 13-15 years old and probably in the middle stages of puberty and I was bigger than all of them, I am a little over 6 inches and one of my cousins was 5.5 inches. Other than that though they were all way smaller than me, that fact made me very confident about my size and happy. :)

Cool, also may I ask what ethnicity he was and what he looked like, yet again I'm just curious, I'm trying to piece stuff together in my head.
