Okay so I was making a certificate on my laptop for twitter but when I went to hit the "I understand the risks" option it wasn't there! Does anyone know what I can do?

Close Firefox and open Firefox again. You shouldn't have to "make" a certificate, just click on the button and click OK on the windows that come up.

I'm a seasoned computer nerd and I have NO idea what you are talking about... :P
If you could provide more information I may be able to help you. What type of certificate? Why do you need a certificate?
EDIT: Damn you Casey! YOU NINJA'D ME :D

Okay I didn't explain myself very well smh
A normal untrusted connection page looks like this:
4709
But mine looks like this:
4710
See how the third option is missing? I don't get it

Try manually adding an exception.
Firefox -> Options -> Advanced -> Encryption -> View Certificates -> Servers -> Add Exception
