I have a bit of a problem. Whenever I want to sleep naked I go horny even though I don't want to wank. I get Horner until I wank and then I don't want to sleep naked anymore. Why is this happening to me?

It took me a while to get used to sleeping naked. Try going to sleep without wanking although it may be hard, or force yourself to sleep naked after wanking. Also, you could start like with your shirt off one night, then only underwear and then naked. Hope this helps.

I've never been able to do it either until I forced myself. For like 3 days I slept without a shirt and then I dropped the shorts too for another 4 days before I dropped the underwear. It's been the best! If you can't do it. Try to sleep with only gym shorts. No underwear, no shirt. I did that a few nights after... Now I'm a pro! Haha hope it helps! Let us know how you do!

I found it easy, first few times i slept naked were by accident. I feel asleep after jerking off and woke up in the moring naked, and was like "whoops" Cos i'd fallen asleep with my mags out, and didn't really want mum walking into my room to wake me up in the morning and seeing porno mags everywhere and me butt naked on the bed. Now i can't sleep in PJ's or even boxers i gotta be naked.

Yeah it sounds like the novelty of being naked makes you feel sexy, and you want to sleep naked because of the sexiness factor. It is natural that your sex drive is overriding your inhibitions at that point. No big surprise therefore that you aren't that bothered after you wank, because your normal inhibitions are then back in control.

I'd only ever wear something in bed if I was cold and ran out of covers. It sounds like you have been conditioned by your upbringing into an illogical view about nudity which is making it a big deal for you, and like AntonyJames4 suggested above you may decide you want to break yourself from it in stages.

I had the same exact issue when I first started sleeping naked. I wanted to try it so bad, but I would end up jerking off and once I blew my load, I lost interest. I suggest doing it in stages. Here is what I did:

Week 1: Sleep shirtless
Week 2: Sleep in nothing but your underwear / Gym shorts & no underwear
Week 3: Finally take the underwear off & sleep naked

That is what I did. Every week I took a item of clothing off and by the time I got to week 3 and I took the underwear off, I was very comfortable with it and I didn't have much of a need to jerk off. I used to only sleep naked occasionally, but I have slept naked every single night for like the past 4-5 months. Trust me when I say that it's worth it. It's so much more comfortable!
