I was wondering if anyone did a ropes course thing for school. I was wondering because I am doing one soon and Im kind of nervous, I missed the class talking about it so I have no idea whats going to happen. I mean, I sort of am ready to go on it, but we have a harness thing. This is my real concern. I have no idea how it works or what it is, but I am significantly heavier than everyone in my class thats doing the ropes course. I'm 300 lbs at least and 310 at most, but everyone else is probably like 150-220 at most. Probably really 210. You see I'm almost 100lbs more than them and I don't know what would happen if I fell. Would they be shot up? WOuld I just plummet to my demise? Any info or answers as to what would happen would be very helpful.
Thanks the help-
Zarakly.

No idea what sort of program this would be, but it is for whoever runs this course to worry about dealing with someone of your weight. If they can't do it safely they won't (shouldn't) do it. I would raise your concerns with your teachers and with them directly, so that it is thought about in advance. The sooner you mention it the more time they have to think and plan. I

There are safety precautions put in place so do not worry about it.
