I cant do this anymore! :( I am going to therapy but we havent talked about anything being I couldnt go this week, grr!! But I need it to help and everything, nothing is getting better it feels again and I was looking at my arm, my whole forearm on my left arm is just covered in cuts and scars... Im mad and disappointed at myself for this!

Just calm down and don't blame yourself. If u go to get therapy it might and I hope it will help. Just go in there and tell your therapist what you need to say, just get it all out there and if you get your words and feelings of your chest it may help.
