Brake up I don't know what to do

How do you brake up with someone. Im in this relationship and my girlfriend is in love with me and I'm not. I don't won't go keep luring to her and saying "I love you" when I don't. I am going to do it face to face by the way.

Just wanted to say something about her reaction ...

She may try to rationalise why you should stay together - if you are sure she is not what you want, then stick to your decision and do not try to make it easier on her by entering into some sort of compromise : it only drags it out and makes it harder for everyone from what I've seen.

She may be upset and say cruel things - she's going to be hurt, and some people react by trying to turn this hurt on you. Do not take anything she says right then to heart. Try to stay calm, be apologetic and sympathetic but don't argue back (if you know what I mean).

preserve your dignity - both of you. Talk to her in an out of the way place so if either of you get upset you don't have an audience.

Use a movie quote, it makes you sound like a jack*ss, seriously whenever I did it to girls they seemed to be pissed but they were like "did he just use a movie quote to break up with me? thats lame" and they tend to concentrate more on how lame it is xD
But be careful as that does not apply to all girls/women
