Shoulder and upper back pain

I fell today at school ... and the nurse and physical trainer said I was fine but the pain is pretty terrible should I just give in and call a doctor...

It hurts to move but isn't swollen..

About 6-7 hours... I fell off a bleacher at school..

Well then just give it a week or so to properly heal. You can't exactly expect the pain to die down only after 7 hours. I hope it gets better soon! Otherwise you should see a proper physiotherapist. Not a school nurse, lol.

If there is any pain in your neck, get to a doctor ASAP. It wouldn't hurt to get a Doc to have a look. If the trainer ok'd you it shouldn't be too bad, but it could have increased since then. Ice could assist.

It actually feels better today, hurts to move my arm above my head not sure if they'll let me cheer this week or even do wrestling this week.

I fell on my back one day and a similar thing happened and when I'm stressed or just tired I do what I always do, Go get a massage and hot rocks
